Return & Refund Policy

What Can Be Returned

Digital Products (eBooks, Coaching Guides, PDFs):

  • All digital sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for digital downloads once the file is delivered.

Physical Products (Apparel, Accessories):

  • Returns are accepted on eligible physical items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns for intimate items or opened personal care products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the day your item was delivered to request a return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item.
  • For approved exceptions, we may provide a prepaid return label.

Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fee applies on returns within the approved window.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Funds are returned to your original payment method.
  • Refund time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exceptions for Digital Orders

We may offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions only:

  • Corrupted or inaccessible file due to technical error on our end
  • Duplicate purchase of the same digital item (must be verifiable)

All exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to mauriceholmes@masculineenergyy.com with:

  • Order number
  • Email address used at purchase
  • Clear description and any relevant screenshots or evidence

Shipping Timeframe for Physical Products

  • Orders are typically shipped within 7–11 business days from the order date.
  • You will receive email confirmation and tracking information once your order is processed.
